Common Rail Injector Tester:

1. Spray Pattern Tube
Spray Pattern Tube is used for correct diagnosis of the injector nozzle and spray pattern.
High Intensity LED and fuel inhalation system is used for diagnosis of the injector nozzle and
spray pattern more effectively.

2. Volumetric Tube
Volumetric tube is used for checking the injectors spray volume.
The left tube indicates the spray volume and the right tube indicates the back leak volume

3. Analog Pressure Gauge
Analog Pressure Gauge provides the system pressure and it is same as operating pressure of the
injector. The user can check the system pressure at any time while operating the injector or
adjusting the pressure.
Permissible Range : 1~1000bar

4 Injector Fixture
The user can tighten the injector by using the handle. Heat Protection Cover can protect from any
accident caused by touching heated holder. The user always needs to be cautious of strong heat.

5. Control Panel
Control Panel is used for setting injectors Hz, ms and volume counter.

6. Cleaning Detergent Filter
Cleaning Detergent Filter is used for filtering the remnants of Cleaning Detergent while cleaning
the injector. It needs to be replaced with a new one for every 60 hours.

7. Detergent Level Indicator
There is a liquid level indicator in front of the machine. It indicates the fluid capacity of the
Cleaning Detergent. It is recommended to fill up to 2/3 of the tank and it is also important not to
fill tank more than 2/3, because there needs to be available space in the tank for flushing the
injectors.

8. Vacuum Collector (for Spray Fumes)
Vacuum Collector (for Spray Fumes) is a transparent glass tank on the rear side of the machine.
This device is used to liquefy the fumes which produced in the Spray Pattern Tube and help to
see the Spray Pattern clearly. When the glass tank fills-up, the user needs to remove the bottom
plug and empty it properly.

9. Air supply Input
The user inserts the proper adaptor that fits to the compressed air supply of the machine. With regulated pressure up to 10 bars. (max)

10. Drain Valve
Drain Valve is used to drain the Cleaning Fluid Tank
